Working on behalf of a pension fund, planning permission (and listed building consent) was secured to change the existing office back into a townhouse complete with a mews building. Prior to and during the application process, dialogue was maintained with the Council to ensure all issues were adequately addressed. The building was subsequently sold with the benefit of planning permission.
