Our success has been down to not only understanding, but testing the client brief, having an deep understanding of negotiating skilfully the complex planning landscape, and negotiating consents through at a local level.

We regularly advise and act for clients seeking to achieve planning permission for complex projects and successfully negotiated many planning approvals. Our advice includes devising strategies for maximising the prospect of securing the consents required, and in close liaison with other professionals on a team, ensuring the best results are delivered to schedule and within defined budgets.
Whilst many of our projects were located in Central London and the Home Counties, working on client portfolios means that we have experience across the country as well as Scotland and Wales.
Our clients cover the spectrum of the property world, from private clients or a residential developer looking to maximise the amount of floor space on a site, to asset managers who manage large portfolios. We advise on retail, commercial, and residential properties and have extensive experience in each of these fields. Nearly all our work comes from either repeat instructions or client referrals which means that the majority of our work is low key. We manage the number of projects we take on to ensure we provide the best possible service to our clients.
